First annual vertical Top Row Reserve Cabernet Library tasting. Chef Tony Berno will prepare a four course dinner that will tantalize your senses and pair beautifully with our vintages 2003-2006 Estate wines, all served over looking our vineyards in the old ranch home.

Tickets for wine club members $85 per person, non-members $125

Savory biscotti canapes: dill with smoked salmon, apricot with Cambozola cheese, walnut with country pate accent, paired with your favorite wine from our wine list

Roasted beet, frisee, and pumpkinseed salad with orange walnut vinaigrette

Braised beef short ribs with kale ravioli and Palouse lentils

Graham-cracker tarts with creme anglaise and seasonal fruits paired with Nelson Late Harvest Viognier

BLENDING PARTY

Time: Noon to 3pm
Admission: $35 for blenders, $15 for designated drivers

This is a wine club members only event. After enjoying a tasty lunch along with our current releases we will begin work on creating the next great “Barn Blend”. Each team of blenders will be given instructions on how to go about crafting this fine red table wine. Experience is not necessary! Call 707.462.3755 to reserve your place at the blending table!
