Join us in our historic Barn for our Barn Blending Party on May 18th! The day starts with tasty appetizers and wine tasting, followed by a catered lunch. Then, the real fun begins! By the end of the afternoon, one team will be crowned champions. It could be your winning blend that is the template Chris uses for the 2024 Barn Blend!

Appetizer:
Edible tablescape with a selection of cheeses and charcuterie, antipasti, spreads, fresh fruit, and accompaniments with house-made crostini and gluten-free crackers
Gazpacho soup sips and melon soup sips
Spanish chorizo sausage in puff pastry, Manchego puff pastry twists
Main Buffet:
Elote (Mexican street corn) salad
Green salad with spiced chickpeas and a blood orange vinaigrette
Roasted carrots with Moroccan spices
Roasted chicken thighs with Romesco sauce
Pappas bravas with smoked pimenton
Dessert: Dark chocolate and chili brownies with salted caramel glaze
