Large, deep-bodied wine that is not overly tannined. Aromas and flavors of dusty blackberries and delicate hints of cedar and cloves. Inky mouthfeel with a lingering finish. Pairs well with a lot of different meats including venison, lamb, roasted or BBQ pork or beef, and blue cheese.
